● 2011/07 公司创立，正式创办，同年8/5于主管机关登记正式成立。

2011/07 The company was found on Aug 5th.

● 2012/02 初版产品「Meet at Corner 转角遇见爱」上线,新型态LBS交友平台「Meet at Corner 转角遇见爱」上线。

2012/02 “Meet at Corner”is released.

● 2012/03 提供《企业智能决策系统》企业创新转型辅导服务,产学合作引进《企业智能决策系统》企业创新转型辅导服务，提供企业云端服务系统，计算出精准智慧决策，适用于跨产业的业务开发、营销规划、风险评估，以及趋势预测。

● 2012/09 改版转角遇见爱，新版「L-Somewhere 擦肩而过」上线，当月底即窜升至台湾网站流量排名第2,708名，并持续上升，会员区域横跨台港澳、中国、马来西亚、新加坡、菲律宾、印度尼西亚、澳洲、英国、德国、法国、北美等三十国。(TW-67%、HK-18%、Singapore6%、Malasia6%、AU+US+EUR3%)

2012/09 “Meet at Corner” has been renamed to L-Somehwere and was released. And it was ranked 2,708 in bandwidth in the first month of release. Members coming from various countries, such as China, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Britain, Germany, France and North America. (TW-67%、HK-18%、Singapore6%、Malasia6%、AU+US+EUR3%)

● 2012/10 外围商品「擦肩而过」剧本图文书上市外围商品「擦肩而过」剧本图文书，由白象文化出版社签约出版、国泰金控旗下电子书网站Mr. Book出版电子书，由业界权威人士作推荐序。

2012/10 The graphic book “Pass-by” was on shelf and signed by the white elephant Culture Press publication, And it was published by Mr. Book, an e-book site under Cathay group, and recommended by industry insiders.

● 2013/06 获得102年“文化部”「文创跨界营销暨原创加值计划」补助

2013/06 Obtaining “Cultural and Creative Cross-Marketing-Cum Plan”subsidy from the Ministry of Culture.

● 2013/07 获得102年台北市地方型SBIR补助

2013/07 Obtaining local type SBIR subsidy from Taipei City government.

● 2013/10 八德贵宾中心成立,主要服务以学历、财力、职业、照片等实体认证，由客服专员亲自把关，提供会员值得信赖的安全社交环境。另有网罗各领域丰富讲师群，跨足两性爱情、命理占卜、形象打造、心灵成长、财务规划及旅游规划等领域共计17位特约讲师，提供讲座及一对一咨询服务，充实使用者的外在与内在，用户可于网络上直接预约想要上的课程或讲座，丰富使用者的生活。

2013/10 VIP Center was established to provide education, finical, occupation, photo certification services to provide safe environment for L-Somewhere members. And also we have recruit lecturers in various fields, such as fortune telling, image building, spiritual growth, financial planning and etc. to provide lectures and one on one counselling services.

● 2013/11 「爱在转角」绘本图文书上市,书本实体与虚拟通路发行家数超过150家，新书上架一周即荣登新丝路网络书店畅销排行榜第2名。

2013/11 L-Somewhere graphic book was published, and it was published by over 150 book stores, and it was ranked top 2 on the selling list of New Silk Road bookstore.

● 2013/12 全新型态「爱在转角」网站上线为首创LBS虚实整合的社群交友平台，

2013/12 L-Somewhere website was released, it the first social network site based on the LBS technology.

● 2014/02 获得103年台北市产业奖励发展补助计划补助计划系以LBS适地性行动广告营销模块服务及企业内训服务课程平台为主要目标，进一步提升本公司技术之涵量。

2014/02 Obtating 2014 Taipei Industrial Development Subsidy.

● 2014/03 通过ISO 27001国际信息安全认证本公司为提供使用者更安全的环境，于2013年7月成立信息安全暨个人资料保护委员会经过九个月的努力，于2014年3月成功通过ISO 27001国际信息安全认证，将爱在转角推向金融机构信息等级。

2014/03 Obtained the ISO 27001 Information System Security certificate from SGS. L-Somehwere became the first social network platform to obtain the certificate.

● 2014/05 荣登博客来华文创作展「爱在转角」绘本图文书荣登2014博客来华文创作展。

2014/05 L-Somewhere was listed in the Chinese Art Exhibition of Books.com.

● 2014/07 7月号远见杂志列入台湾"20大特色新创公司”

2014/07 LBStek Inc. was listed as “Top 20 Startups” in foresight magazine.

● 2014/08 入选App创意大募集前100强「爱在转角」产品入选App创意大募集前20强；「Walk in台北」产品入选前60强。

2014/08 L-Somewhere was selected as Top 20 in App Creative Contest, Walk In Taipei was listed as Top 60.

● 2014/09 通过 SGS QUALICERT 国际服务质量认证，为亚洲唯一通过双认证的社群平台(ISO 27001国际信息安全认证、SGS QUALICERT国际服务质量认证)。此认证主要让每个企业依据自己顾客的要求与期待，自定义服务标准书，并由官方、业界代表、消费者代表和服务质量专家所组成的委员会去进行审核。通过之后就会依据标准书的内容，委由专业的稽核人员乔装成消费者，进行反复的产品挑剔，以及众多的服务要求

2014/09 Obrained SGS Qualicert Cetificate. The first socail netowrk company obtain both Qualicert and ISO 27001 certificates.

● 2014/09 获得“行政院”国发基金创业天使计划补助,「爱在转角」及「Walk

in台北」产品获得“行政院”国发基金创业天使计划补助，显示两产品过去之努力的成果受到委员肯定并具有未来之发展潜力。

2014/09 Won the National Development Fund grants of Execuitve Yuan.

● 2014/11 荣获第13届“经济部”新创事业奖「知识服务业组优质奖」殊荣。

2014/11 Won the 13th“Innovative Business Award” of Ministry of Economic.
